init Initialize a new project. Generate a new .side manifest.
status Check the project compliance posture against the manifest.
reconcile Regenerate the project registry in memory and mediate deltas.
rebuild Force a full destructive reconstruction of the .side manifest.
exempt Mark a target path as exempt from semantic validation rules.
reinclude Mark a target path as reincluded in semantic validation rules.
purge Safely delete the local .side manifest file.
